chaotic service empty buffet

the hotel was very clean. this met my basic expectations for the price point.

the breakfast service was quite chaotic. buffet items were frequently empty, and i observed that tables were not cleared promptly. staff was overwhelmed, struggling to maintain order in the breakfast room.

I found the staff super attentive and helpful . the location was ideal for a peaceful retreat from the crowds. the breakfast buffet each morning offered an unbelievably solid selection. A perfect start to each day.

my only slight issue was that the laminated floor in my room had lifted a little, a small detail though.

The food was AMAZING!!! i especially appreciated the delicious local restaurant near the hotel, trattoria del tosi, it had amazing local cuisine. The staff might not speak much, but they are respectful.

waterfront park modern style wheelchair access chaotic breakfast

The hotel is in a former religious convent. It seemed peaceful. A large waterfront park is steps away. I saw people relaxing and walking their dogs. The hotel felt clean and modern (i liked the style).

The hotel is not accessible for wheelchairs. The entrance has three steps above street level. The breakfast area got chaotic. Staff seemed overwhelmed with keeping the buffet stocked, and tables were not cleared quickly (i could see it).
